Who we are.

MJM is a whānau-owned business built on experience, trust, and follow-through. We’ve spent years inside organisations leading operations, fixing broken systems, and delivering results where they count; in finance, governance support, and operational execution.

Our expertise is grounded in first-hand experience leading and managing operations. MJM was built to give leadership teams the one thing they’re often missing: a partner who takes ownership of the operational load and delivers clarity, consistency, and progress.

MJM was established in 2020 to meet a growing need: organisations with important missions but not enough operational support to deliver them. We stepped in to bridge that gap—providing high-trust, embedded services that strengthen financial systems, streamline delivery, and enable leadership to focus on direction, not admin.

Since then, we’ve supported a range of organisations across different sectors, taking ownership of the crucial operational functions that often lack the internal capacity or expertise.
